Heena had barely finished thinking before she turned over and fell asleep again.
And this time, she slept so deeply that even the system's departure barely registered in her mind.
The little fellow looked at his host one last time before reluctantly leaving for headquarters. He had originally intended to say a few more things, but seeing how quickly Heena had fallen asleep, he decided against disturbing her.
After all, he still remembered the threat of being boiled alive and turned into a roasted kitten.
He wasn't stupid enough to provoke his host when she was sleeping!
And so, the system left quietly, leaving Heena alone in the house.
Unfortunately, the real trouble began the next morning.
Ren had already gotten up and started his work, but when he noticed that Heena hadn't come out of her room, he began to wonder what was going on.
At first, he assumed she was simply sleeping a little longer.
