Claire noticed they weren't taking the route back to Evergreen Garden. "Where are we going?" she couldn't help but ask.
Adrian Quincy said in a low voice, "We're going back to Quincy Manor first."
Claire grew a little anxious when she heard that. "If we're going back to the manor, then what about Faye?"
Adrian Quincy said, "Helen will take care of her. Don't worry."
"That's a relief." Claire breathed a sigh of relief. Then she couldn't help but ask, "Why the sudden trip to the manor?"
"Mother has been brought back home. We're going to see her."
"Oh." 'The real Mrs. Quincy was finally back.'
'So, were they going to meet his parents?'
At the thought, Claire suddenly felt a little nervous.
However, a thought suddenly occurred to Claire. "Since that Mrs. Quincy was an imposter, what about your father? How could he have never noticed?"
