The Asura Path was active around Nornica and as notorious as the Wild Cherry House. They were a vicious, inhumane group of dangerous individuals with members spread across the globe.
The last thing Adrian Quincy wanted was for his wife to get involved with people like that, so he asked her, "Claire, have you heard of The Asura Path?"
"What's The Asura Path?" Claire Sinclair asked in return. She had never even heard of it, but just from the name, she had a feeling they weren't a friendly bunch.
Adrian Quincy's brow furrowed slightly. "It's nothing. Just finish up your article on the gold and jewels as soon as you can. The longer we hold onto this stuff, the worse it is for us. We need to turn it all over to the state treasury immediately."
"Alright, I'll start writing it in a little while."
