Frank Morgan gave her one last look, then turned and went upstairs.
Faye Dean quickly ran downstairs and flopped down beside Claire Sinclair. "Claire, we finally have the place to ourselves!"
"But it's getting late. Aren't you tired?" Claire Sinclair was very considerate; Faye was usually asleep by this hour, and she was worried her friend was getting drowsy.
Faye Dean said dismissively, "Tired? Who's tired? Let's figure out what we're doing tomorrow. Is there anywhere you want to go?"
Claire Sinclair shook her head honestly. "You know me. Other than the class graduation trip, I've never really traveled for fun. I don't have any ideas at all."
"You're really... Oh, I've got it! Let's go to the beach tomorrow! We'll go to Ysilia Island. It's like summer there all year round. I'll take you swimming!"
"But I don't know how to swim..."
"I can teach you!"
