"My sister was so amazing..." Claire Sinclair sighed wistfully.
The thought made her sad. 'If only my sister were still alive...'
Adrian Quincy seemed to see right through her, saying in a low voice, "Claire, everyone's life has meaning. If you don't want to have any regrets about your sister, then help me find the real killer."
"What do I need to do?" Claire Sinclair asked.
A sharp glint flashed in Adrian Quincy's eyes. He said in a low voice, "I have an idea, but I can't tell you right now. I'll explain everything before we leave."
Claire Sinclair muttered under her breath, "Why not just tell me now."
"This is all related to your sister. I'm worried it would upset you."
"Alright, then." Claire Sinclair relented, knowing he was looking out for her.
'It's fine,' she thought. 'A few days' delay won't make a difference to me anyway.'
