Ashley Grant jolted awake, ripped the exam paper from her face, and glared at the teacher, furious. "Is this necessary? You teach your class, I'll get my sleep. We stay out of each other's way, understand?"
"Ashley Grant, you've got a lot of nerve! A zero on the exam, sleeping in class... You're really something else!"
The homeroom teacher slammed her hand on the desk, showing her fury. "You're stupid and you don't even try! How can you face your parents? Trash like you doesn't deserve a quality education. Either get out or I'm calling your parents! You will give me an explanation today!"
Ashley Grant stared at her, speechless. She took the exam paper, glanced at both sides, and shook her head with a TSK-TSK. Then, with a look of utter disgust, she crumpled it into a ball and tossed it into the trash can behind her. "This stuff is an insult to my intelligence. It's not even worth doing."
