"Maggie!" Tristan cried out, his brow deeply furrowed in pain. He slowly straightened, then turned to look at Mika with a complex gaze.
When she met Tristan's fierce gaze, Mika trembled and clutched Kiki, stumbling backward. "It wasn't me... I-I didn't mean to..."
Una struggled free from the men and ran over. She pulled Mika into a tight hug, sobbing, "It's okay, don't be afraid. Mom is here. It was me. I did it all."
Una's words seemed to snap Mika out of her panic. She thrust Kiki into Una's arms, her voice trembling and choked with sobs. "Mom, I killed someone. I have to pay him back."
With that, she headed straight for the ledge.
Seeing this, Tristan rushed over and pulled her into a tight embrace, his entire body trembling as he demanded, "Are you crazy!"
"I'm giving you what you want! You all want me dead, don't you? So let me die, okay?" 'If I just died, I wouldn't have to bear this pain anymore.'
"Mika, calm down!"
"Tristan, let me go! Let me go!"
