Destruction Divine Light!
"So you *are* from the Divine Domain! Everyone, watch out for his Destruction Divine Light!"
The expression on the owner of the flying needles changed dramatically. The Destruction Divine Light had corrupted his magical artifact's spiritual intelligence. Not only was the artifact itself damaged, but the spirit dwelling within it was also grievously injured.
"Well now. We came here looking for the Ancient Star, but ended up flushing out a remnant of the Divine Domain!"
"Perfect. We'll just finish him off while we're at it."
Enraged, one of the mighty figures brandished a great halberd. He transformed into a colossal giant and brought the massive weapon crashing down.
A tremendous blade-light shot across the cosmos, cleaving the space ahead in two. This was not a split in the traditional, physical sense—it tore spacetime itself asunder.
The two resulting voids now existed on separate planes, their respective flows of time and space completely detached.
