Zhu Yu Run knew something was terribly wrong the moment she opened her eyes.
Her round eyes stared at the "behemoth" in front of her. For a few seconds, her thoughts ground to a halt, her mind a complete blank.
She sniffled, only to realize her voice didn't sound right.
She glanced down.
The next second, a bloodcurdling squeal echoed from the pigpen—
A woman rushed in, muttering to herself, "What's going on? Is she giving birth to the piglets?"
Zhu Yu Run's world went dark.
Having lost all will to live, she lay listlessly on the sow's soft belly.
Until a pair of small hands picked her up.
A childish laugh followed.
"This little piglet is so cute!"
Zhu Yu Run's chubby little body trembled as she writhed and squealed.
'Let me go! How rude! The audacity! How dare you disrespect me, the Da Ming Eldest Princess!'
The woman said worriedly, "This piglet might be sick. We should get rid of it."
It was a bolt from the blue for Zhu Yu Run.
