The second day of the new year is for visiting the wife's family.
Gu Jiaojiao's parents were practically out of the picture, so visiting them was out of the question.
And so, the two of them found themselves with nothing to do again.
With time on their hands, they went for a stroll and once again caught wind of some gossip about Yun Hao and Xu Wenwan.
The two had gotten into a fight, a really fierce one. At first, Yun Hao had Xu Wenwan pinned down and was hitting her. Then, somehow, the tables turned and Xu Wenwan was pinning *him* down. She beat him so badly he was left bedridden. Xu Wenwan didn't get off easy, either. While her injuries were minor, she still took a few of Yun Hao's punches. The couple hadn't stepped outside all day.
Later, one of the neighborhood aunties shared some more gossip with Gu Jiaojiao, whispering that Xu Wenwan and Yun Hao weren't sleeping in the same room.
