Vera Xavier nodded. "Don't kill him. I still have questions for him."
Jack Judd answered, "You got it!"
Then, he dragged Wesley Kane into a back room and gagged him. Several thugs went in and gave him a brutal beating, the pain causing tears to stream down his face.
'For a scumbag like Wesley Kane,' Vera thought, 'the best way to deal with him is a good beating. If one isn't enough, give him two. If two aren't enough, make it three. Just keep beating him until he finally learns his lesson!'
Fifteen minutes later, Jack Judd dragged Wesley Kane before Vera Xavier like a dead dog.
Vera Xavier pressed her foot against Wesley Kane's face and asked with a smile, "So, do you still think I'm in love with you?"
