The warriors had no time to catch their breath before they found themselves surrounded by these scorpions.
A countless swarm of scorpions, all with stingers raised, surged toward them at an incredible speed.
"Quick, attack with the Fire Guns!"
Fortunately, they were well-prepared.
So even when faced with thousands, perhaps even tens of thousands of scorpions, they didn't panic. They had no time to wonder where the creatures had come from.
But while they could kill the scorpions, they couldn't take them down instantly.
Quite a few scorpions had already crawled into the temporary shelters they'd set up.
Inside the tents, the warriors responsible for the night patrol were still fast asleep.
A rustling, scratching sound jolted them awake.
The first warrior to notice the scorpions in the camp quickly shouted to wake the others.
"Get up, quick! We're under attack by Alien Beasts!!"
