"Lord!"
Kado's voice was like a dull thunderclap. He charged toward Raylo, his massive body coming to an abrupt halt just before him. The resulting gust of wind sent Raylo's robes whipping about.
"You're finally here! I was getting so bored staying here all by myself, I thought my bones would rust!"
Raylo smiled, not minding the hot breath blasting from the other's mouth.
"It seems you haven't been slacking off."
"Of course not!"
Kado puffed out his chest proudly.
"The method you taught me is really useful. I feel like I could crush a mountain into pebbles now!"
"Have you made any friends lately?"
Raylo asked.
"I've made several!"
Kado's voice boomed with excitement, like a clap of thunder.
"They're all good friends I met at the arena. We've fought a few times—they're all good men!"
"Very good."
Raylo nodded.
"Today, we're going to show your friends something special."
Nearby, a silver light suddenly flared in Moonlight's eyes, like two miniature full moons.
