Keith Valerius was the son of Julia Keane and Liam Valerius. He had just started his freshman year of high school and was a few years younger than Dylan Valerius.
Starting when he was in elementary school, Liam Valerius sent Keith Valerius to boarding school, using his son's education as an excuse. When Keith started middle school, Liam sent him directly abroad, claiming the education there was better. He had been studying overseas ever since, all the way through high school.
"Father, what did you just say? I… I don't understand…" Julia Keane asked, flustered, as a vague sense of unease began to stir within her.
"What did I say? Go ask that shameless pair! Just whose son is Dylan Valerius!"
At this point, Jameson Valerius had no reason to care about saving face. He was filled with a potent, seething resentment.
Not only had his son betrayed him and been utterly unfilial, but his wife had also been unfaithful.
