In the living room, everyone was eating fruit and chatting. Before long, Sylvia Vaughn changed her clothes and came out of her room.
Seeing Sylvia Vaughn's appearance, her aunt was taken aback. "Sylvia, where are you going so late?"
Sylvia Vaughn was wearing a tracksuit and had a backpack on. When her aunt asked this, her eyes darted around shiftily before she replied, "I'm going to a classmate's house."
"To a classmate's house again?" Scott Vaughn asked, frowning.
Sylvia Vaughn avoided Scott Vaughn's gaze and nodded. "Yes. Our teacher gave us an assignment for the break to design a concept makeup look by ourselves. It's no fun doing it alone, so I wanted to go to my classmate's house to brainstorm."
Sylvia Vaughn was studying image design, so she was always researching things like makeup and fashion styling. Hearing that his daughter was going to a classmate's house for a school assignment, Scott Vaughn didn't stop her. "Alright, go on then."
