Everyone stared at the computer screen, dumbfounded. Mrs. Sterling, looking particularly incredulous, put on her reading glasses and peered intently at the screen.
The reaction finally rattled Aurora. Unable to remain calm, she shot to her feet, rounded the coffee table, and walked over to the computer. "What is it? Is it a low score?"
The stunned butler pointed at the score displayed on the screen. "A 727..."
Seeing the score on the computer, Aurora finally let out a sigh of relief. It was close to what she had estimated. 'But what's with everyone's expressions?'
"Is there a problem with my score? Is it not high enough to get into Westgate Medical University?" Mrs. Sterling had filled out Aurora's college applications for her. Aurora herself couldn't be bothered with such things, and Mrs. Sterling's first choice for her had been Westgate Medical University.
