As they were speaking, Theodore and Seth Quinn came down the stairs. Seth walked straight to Clara Grant, took her hand, and said to his parents, "Mom, Dad, I'm going to take Clara back to Orchidia. She's had a frightening and tiring day and really needs to rest."
"Of course, of course. Go on and take Clara back home. When you get back, have the kitchen make a nutritious and delicious dinner. I feel like Clara has lost some weight recently. She needs to eat more and build her strength back up," Sienna Hale said with a cheerful laugh before Theodore Quinn could even speak.
Clara laughed as well. "Thank you, Mom." Theodore Quinn watched them, gratified to see the relationship between his wife and daughter-in-law had become so harmonious. Sienna was now actively concerned about Clara's well-being, which told him they had explained everything and cleared the air between them.
Seth Quinn and Clara Grant said their goodbyes and headed for the main hall.
