Clara Grant looked at her without a word, then turned to Seth Quinn on the sofa.
Seth Quinn beckoned to her. "Clara, come here."
Clara walked over and sat down beside him.
Watching Clara and Seth Quinn sitting so closely together, Faye Jennings clenched her fists in resentment.
When Assistant Childs had called to say Seth Quinn wanted to see her, she had been ecstatic, thinking he'd had a change of heart and was no longer going to shelve her career.
Just moments before, she had been thrilled. She and Seth Quinn were finally alone in the office, giving her another chance to be with him.
But her joy was short-lived. Clara had appeared.
