Instinctively, she couldn't help but look up at him.
But his expression was too serene; she couldn't read any emotion from it.

Somehow, a sliver of hope bloomed in Clara Grant's heart. She actually hoped that Autumn Shelby was lying. That way, Seth Quinn wouldn't have to feel guilty toward her, and her own relationship wouldn't have to come to a sudden end, would it?
