"That's all I have to say. If you dare refuse, watch your back." Cecilia Adler left.
Felix Flynn was so angry he shed manly tears. 'Is there no justice?!' he thought. He swore under his breath, "I'm definitely going to the police to set this straight."
Cecilia Adler whipped around. "You're a regular at the police station. You think they'll believe a word you say?" She then added, "And don't talk bad about me. My hearing is sharp." Then she left again.

He turned and stormed off in a rage.
'That damn Vivian Lee! How dare she play me for a fool!'
'Just wait until she marries me and bears my child. I'll beat her to death.'
'What a tramp!'

The silhouette looked like Ian Quincy.
She called out loudly, "Ian!"
The figure stirred, then started walking in her direction.
