To corrupt ultimate good with the sins of man, to profane devotion with betrayal and apostasy.
The souls and flesh of the sacrifices merged into a luminous sphere. Much like a taiji symbol, good and evil, black and white, achieved a perfect balance. There was white within the black and black within the white, slowly revolving.
But soon, the black representing evil began to spread rapidly, engulfing the white that represented good. It was like a drop of ink in a clear pool of water; no matter how clear it was originally, it would eventually be dyed black and undergo Assimilation. This was an inevitable result.
Just like the human heart, once tainted by even a speck of Darkness and indulgence, it would spiral out of control until it devoured the heart entirely.
The ominous crimson moonlight shone down quietly, casting a layer of blood-red over the luminous sphere. It catalyzed the gestation of an essence of infinite malice, causing it to proliferate.
