WHIR—
The heavy blast door opened, and a wave of heat washed over her as the roar of running machinery filled her ears.
Jiang Che walked into a massive Alchemy Workshop. The first thing that caught her eye was a colossal reactor, no smaller than a nuclear power plant's cooling tower. It glowed a deep crimson, and countless cables and power conduits connected to its base, making it look like a captured volcano.
The walls and floor were immaculately white, without a speck of dirt or dust. Even the large, operating machines were so clean and polished they looked brand new. The entire workshop felt tidy and orderly.
There wasn't a single person in the colossal Alchemy Workshop. All the machines and equipment operated automatically. Expensive, Advanced Alchemy Tools were manufactured one after another like cans on an assembly line, then automatically sorted and packaged. It was like a fully automated cleanroom.
