"Oh," Qin Mei said. She thought for a moment before adding, "Your granny's been hospitalized."
"Mm," Jie Jingchen hummed faintly in response.
"Your granny is in the hospital. Zhao Hong and Lin Yaru are also in the hospital after pregnancy scares. Aren't you curious at all?" Qin Mei pushed Jie Jingchen away slightly and looked up at him.
"Curious about what? It's all within my expectations." Jie Jingchen caressed Qin Mei's cheek. "With Xu Chunyan and the Lin family in the same place, how could there not be a huge drama?"
Qin Mei reached up and pinched Jie Jingchen's cheek. "You really can predict everything."
"Where's Mom?" Jie Jingchen changed the subject.
"Lin Yaru started hemorrhaging. Mom went to go save her," Qin Mei answered nonchalantly.
"Hemorrhaging?" Jie Jingchen was stunned. 'Is that just a pregnancy scare? It sounds more like she's having a miscarriage.'
