The light in the eastern side room was still on. It had been over a month since the semester started, and during this time, Shen Weimin found that his wife was very easy to find whenever dusk fell.
She had been easy to find when he came home before, but not like now, where she would even hole up in the side room on Sunday nights. His wife was acting as if she were possessed, wishing she never had to leave.
If she hadn't picked up a second major last semester by a twist of fate, she'd definitely be trying to skip school again. That, and the fact that everyone on campus was currently studying like their lives depended on it, were the only things stopping her.
Skipping school was something she was quite an old hand at. Ever since elementary school, she'd faked sick leave and requested personal leave—there was nothing she wouldn't do.
