His dad was a real dad, alright—the kind who was always sounding the alarm for his sons. Shen Weimin just couldn't figure out how, with a father like that, his second brother and Xiao Si had still managed to go so wrong.
Luckily, while his second brother was a lost cause, Xiao Si was still young and clueless enough to be reformed. And sure enough, after listening to what he'd said that night, the little brat had become much more sensible.
The most obvious change was that he understood his parents weren't in the best of health. His chopsticks no longer seemed to have eyes of their own, homing in on the best dishes; now, he knew to let his mom and dad have more of the good food.
