The Forest Elves were not physically strong, but their Magical Power was by no means weak.
Their Life System Abilities, in particular, allowed them to undergo several high-intensity recoveries even when grievously injured.
Compared to the formidable physiques of the Dragon Race, the Forest Elves were inferior.
But considering their growth rate and powerful regenerative Abilities, it was clear this Race was not one an ordinary race could compare to.
As far as Sean knew, they were second only to the Dragon Race.
As for the so-called giant insects and feathered insects on the other side...
In their adult forms, their bodies looked quite tough.
At the very least, they were still strong enough to frantically tear at all the roots, even as the Forest Elves' endless tendrils, connected to the earth, entangled and pierced them.
