It had even reached the point where on Inference Days, the True Game no longer increased the difficulty for Players on the Karte Continent.
Only on the Oakland Continent, where the five races were not under the jurisdiction of the Dragon Race, did conflict provide more opportunities.
Of course, opportunity also meant a greater risk of Players perishing.
As a result, the True Game was still able to consistently release over a thousand new slots after each Inference Day.
However, even so, the people of Blue Star, and even the Players themselves, had all figured it out.
The True Game of today had grown somewhat complacent.
The difficulty of Inference Day was getting lower each time, and the number of Player slots had remained at the three million mark.
It felt very much like the True Game had entered retirement mode.
But almost everyone had reached the same reasonable conclusion as to why the True Game was this way.
