He spent over twenty years in prison, and when he got out, he was an old man. His family, ashamed of him, disowned him and cut all ties, even taking over his land in the village. With a criminal record, no one dared to hire him. He was even mocked when he tried to find work at construction sites.
Later, he got addicted to gambling. He was often in debt and frequently beaten by thugs until he couldn't stand up straight.
Lee Warren blamed all of this suffering on Jackson Kensington.
Looking at Jackson Kensington, dressed so smartly in a suit and tie, Lee Warren's eyes turned red with jealousy. He tightened his grip.

Jackson Kensington frowned, and then a flicker of disbelief crossed his eyes. "Lee Warren? But… aren't you supposed to be dead?"
