"First, there's an Outer God named 'Is.' It doesn't belong to our plane—not just the Prime Material Plane, but any region under the purview of the Star Realm. The Elder Council's idea is to explore the 'Outer Realm' and go to a world unaffected by the Mother Goddess.
"The first step is to evacuate the Prime Material Plane, to leave the earth. Currently, the Mother Goddess's power is emanating from underground. She can't directly penetrate the surface yet, nor can she project her power into the Star Realm or other planes.
