The mountain forests on both sides of the road were lush and verdant.
An ordinary sedan pulled off the straight highway and into a service station.
Elias Lennox glanced at the securely bound Serene in the back seat, then reached over and pulled the cloth gag from his mouth.
"Let me go! This is disrespectful to the Holy Mountain…"
Elias Lennox rolled his eyes and stuffed the gag back into his mouth.
"Dawn, what do you want to eat? The sushi here isn't bad."
"Anything is fine…"
Then, Elias Lennox put on a hat and got out of the car.
A light drizzle was falling outside, and a refreshing breeze drifted in when the door opened.
Dawn Miles slowly rolled down the window, letting the fine rain and wind blow in.
"Master, Dad is calling. Should I connect it?"
Ditto Miles, who was in the back seat, suddenly began to flash with a green light as it spoke.
