Jiangg Yao didn't even have time to look up before her sister's shouts reached her ears.
"Yaoyao? Where are you? Come out, quick! I have something to tell you! Yaoyao?"
She watched as her sister, not even bothering to put down her purse or change her shoes, scurried over to the spare bedroom. She knocked loudly on the door—KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK—then threw it open and peered inside.
"Where is she?"
Anxiously, Jiangg Ning rushed back to the spare bedroom.
"Hey, hey, hey? I'm not that small, am I? You really can't see me just lying here in the living room, Sis?"
"There you are! Why didn't you say anything? You had me searching all over."
Hearing her voice, Jiangg Ning emerged from the room, leaning against the wall with her chest heaving.
It looked like she hadn't stopped at all on her way here, except for the elevator ride.
"What's with the earthquake, Sis? Why are you so panicked? Didn't you have an interview?" Jiangg Yao giggled, munching on a small cookie.
