First, Fang Zhen found the section for unlocking world backgrounds and spent 100 Merit Points to unlock the Elite Realm background.
He clicked "Unlock."
Instantly, a golden light flashed on the interface.
The text icon for the "Elite" world background, previously bound by chains on the screen, pulsed as if golden energy was straining against the links. Then, with a sharp CRACK, the chains over the word "Elite" burst apart. The word itself enlarged, and flames seemed to erupt around it.
After a moment, the flames on the word "Elite" died down, and the text returned to its normal size.
Fang Zhen habitually moved his mouse over the blue word "Elite."
A help-text box appeared.
"Congratulations, you have unlocked the Elite-level world background.
Elite Realms differ from normal worlds in that their fundamental rules have been altered.
Things that would be unbelievable in a normal world become perfectly reasonable, even commonplace, in an Elite Realm.
