The Steel Beast lunged forward and slashed down. Its blade shattered the black snake Ah Fei Fei had formed and continued on to strike him viciously.
A distorted Membrane of Spiritual Power, resembling snake scales, appeared on Ah Fei Fei's body, deflecting most of the Power. The Steel Beast's slash only managed to open a gash on Ah Fei Fei's body so deep that bone was visible.
A tail like a Sharp Sword shot out, piercing deep into the gash the Steel Beast had just made in Ah Fei Fei. It tore upward, and with a violent tug, ripped him clean in two.
The light faded from Ah Fei Fei's eyes. His body trembled once, then fell to the earth as a corpse.
A pained look flashed in Su Hamu III's eyes as he crushed a red crystal in his hand.
