Tears streamed down the girl's face as she murmured to herself.
"I remember now... I remember..."
She remembered everything: the terror of being slain by the Supreme, the years she spent as the Demon Ancestor, and her childhood.
She sobbed softly, her eyes red.
"It wasn't you."
"What?" Fu Xi froze for a moment.
The girl spoke, her words deliberate and clear.
