As Yan Feifan racked his brain, trying to recall the fleeting spark of inspiration he'd just had, the short-haired boy who had waved and shouted at him moments ago strode over.
"So you're a pro after all! That was amazing. Even a professional athlete would have a hard time making that long shot."
The short-haired student enthusiastically invited, "Hey man, come play a game with us. You can give us a few pointers while you're at it."
Knowing his own limits, Yan Feifan smiled and declined, "You're giving me too much credit."
"I don't really know how to play basketball. That shot was just a blind squirrel finding a nut—pure luck."
The short-haired boy asked doubtfully, "Just luck?"
"But your shooting form looked pretty standard. You really don't play much?"
"I really don't. I just learned the basics in a basketball class. That shot was seriously just a lucky one."
Yan Feifan explained again, then added, "You guys go ahead and play. We just came over to watch."
