The new leaders—Meng Huaxin, Liu Jin, Hou Jianfeng, Chen Changrui, and Han Xianghong—were all in attendance.
The press conference was hosted by Qu Ying from the hospital's publicity department.
In front of the press podium were seven established Binhai news organizations, including Xiao Man, as well as nearly twenty to thirty independent media personalities.
