Around 9 AM, Wang Chuan arrived at the office to find Yan Feifan completely listless, like a wilted vegetable.
"Feifan, what's wrong with you?" Wang Chuan asked with a look of concern.
Yan Feifan replied wearily, "I was in the trauma department last night for two emergency surgeries. I was busy until almost five in the morning."
After a brief pause, he added, "Director, you should probably change the lock on this office to something more secure."
"Oh?" Wang Chuan said softly, then asked quizzically, "Change the lock? Did you find that someone had broken in?"
Yan Feifan said suggestively, "Your office has likely become someone else's personal battlefield."
Wang Chuan froze for a second before realization dawned on him. He immediately shot up from his desk chair.
"Those damned bastards. This is too much."
Just as he finished cursing, another thought occurred to Wang Chuan.
