He retreated two meters, one of his legs landing outside the sandy ground.
"Hold on... Just a little longer!"

Chu Lingguang shot away from his spot.

Samba's saber strike slammed into the sand. The Qi Force sent sand flying to both sides, exposing the yellow earth beneath.
"ARGH!"
Samba was furious. If he could just land two consecutive blows, Chu Lingguang would be severely wounded, and victory would be his.
Veins bulged on his feet, and the blood in his vessels seemed to turn a dark brown. The three bowls of Beast Blood he drank daily had done more than just enhance his Flesh and Blood Power. The energy that had settled in his bloodline, once awakened in combat, would grant him a burst of speed.
And so, the moment Chu Lingguang dodged, he felt Samba's blade lock onto him again.
He gritted his teeth, using his Flesh and Blood Power and Dragon Elephant Power to block the strike head-on.
