"Cultivation and Techniques... related to light?"
The Supreme Elder looked puzzled.
"Is there something special about them?"
"They're very special to me, but it's best if the rest of you stay away from them."
Yang An said earnestly.
He wasn't being selfish, wanting to learn these kinds of Techniques for himself while preventing others from doing so.
He was simply thinking further ahead.
If they all learned Light Magic, they would be incredibly effective against those tainted by the corruption, but he couldn't just focus on the short term.
If, one day, the entire Earth was eroded by this corruption, and these Cultivators became tainted with a 'price' just like the Cultivators of the Origin Realm... then the price of Light Magic, once it erupted, would be no laughing matter. No one would be able to withstand it.
