Chapter 363 - SVOP: Chapter 363

"Got it!"

After the conversation ended, Vladimir hung up the phone.

"I'm still not used to having others run errands for everything. I should have let Doflamingo handle it earlier—it would've saved me so much effort. It seems I really need to make good use of him from now on."

Putting away the Den Den Mushi, Vladimir patted the Sea Dragon on the head. Then his figure flickered and vanished in an instant.

A streak of white light merged into the Sea Dragon's body.

The Sea Dragon—no, Vladimir—flicked its tail, instantly bursting forth at top speed and heading straight for the Sabaody Archipelago.

Three days later, at noon, a divine dragon suddenly descended.

It didn't hide or sneak around; instead, it appeared openly and unapologetically.

As it flew down from the sky into the airspace above the Sabaody Archipelago, countless residents on the island immediately looked up in awe.

"It's the Sea Dragon! The legendary Sea Dragon!"

"The legend is here! Run for your lives!"

"The Ruler of the Seas...! Hurry, hurry, inform the Marines!"

As if the end of the world had arrived, the island was suddenly thrown into chaos. Panic-stricken crowds scrambled about, desperate to flee.

Meanwhile, on the top floor of a resort hotel in Area 11...

Doflamingo lay on a lounge chair, basking in the sun at his leisure.

Upon hearing his subordinate's report, he immediately sat up, took off his sunglasses, and tossed them aside casually.

"Donquixote Family! Prepare to welcome... Lord Sea Dragon!"

...

"Donquixote Family! Follow me to welcome... Lord Sea Dragon!"

Doflamingo stood up from the lounge chair, removed his sunglasses, and put on his usual white-framed ones instead.

He draped his pink feather coat over his shoulders, then stepped onto the platform at the edge of the rooftop, waiting quietly.

Behind him, every member of the Donquixote Family wore solemn expressions, their heads slightly bowed in respectful anticipation.

Before long, a massive dark shadow blotted out the sunlight, blocking everyone's view. Then, the resounding roar of a dragon echoed from the heavens.

"Fufufufu... Welcome, Lord Sea Dragon."

Doflamingo grinned broadly and bowed slightly.

The moment his words fell, a divine dragon spanning a hundred meters suddenly appeared in the air before them.

"Welcome, Lord Sea Dragon!"

All members of the family shouted in unison, their voices ringing out loud and clear.

"The first thing you shall do today is to clear all people from the Sabaody Archipelago," the dragon declared, circling in midair as its sharp eyes looked down upon the crowd.

"Doflamingo, inform the Marines directly that our World's Greatest Auction will be held here. They will be more than happy to cooperate with your arrangements."

"Understood. Consider it done."

Doflamingo nodded, then turned his gaze to one side. "Pica, go inform the Marines."

Pica, the top executive of the Spade Army and user of the Stone-Stone Fruit, was a towering figure with a massively muscular build.

Upon receiving the order, he immediately turned and carried it out.

"As for the rest of you... Diamante, take them and clear the island. Everyone—ordinary pirates included—must be driven away."

"Yes, sir!"

Diamante, a middle-aged man clad in a red cape and a frilled hat, was the top executive of the Diamond Army. He responded promptly and led a group of family members away at once.

Once they had left, Doflamingo looked up at the dragon again and asked, "Is there anything else you command, my Lord?"

"There is one more matter," Vladimir said, speaking thoughtfully. "We intend to get involved with the Revolutionary Army. You shall supply them with a large quantity of weapons."

"Get involved with the Revolutionary Army?" Doflamingo paused, taken aback. The Revolutionary Army's ultimate goal was to overthrow the World Government—they were nothing like pirates. Between them and the World Government lay an irreconcilable conflict, a fight to the death.

For such a legendary existence to suddenly want to meddle in their affairs... He couldn't quite make sense of it all just yet.

"You need not know the details. Just carry out the order," Vladimir said, too lazy to explain further.

Doflamingo controlled a massive portion of the weapons trade in the underworld. "Supplying" the Revolutionary Army wasn't about giving things away—it was about selling them, albeit at a very low price. Still, no matter how low the cost, there was bound to be profit in it.

And so, Doflamingo had no reason to refuse.

"Fufufufu... Very well. That is but a trivial matter," he chuckled softly and nodded without hesitation.

"Good. Now, take me to the venue where the auction will be held."

Vladimir was pleased with his response.

Shortly after, Vladimir accompanied Doflamingo to the location of the ultra-large auction venue in Area 1 of the Sabaody Archipelago.

Upon arriving, Vladimir couldn't help but be impressed by how quickly Doflamingo had worked.

The venue had been expanded three times its original size, covering a vast area—more than enough space to hold fifty thousand people.

However, it was still far from being fully completed. At the very least, it would take another month before it was even barely ready for use.

Flying above and looking down at the site, Vladimir circled around once before confirming that everything was as it should be.
