At this point, Cavin was only talking to them, as he knew that none of the players or other natives, or an extremely low amount of them, even stood a chance against these divine envoys.
Basically, this was a 20 VS 278, though the Requiem Guild had the defenses of the strongholds, the monsters that still lingered, and the meat shields to help them absorb some of the attacks.
"Based on the information we got from them," Empress spoke as she faced two servants of the gods, her spear gleaming with silver light, "This is only the first of the two things that make this Monster Tide impossible, isn't it?"
