It wasn't that Imu had chosen not to evade; it was that there was no longer any point. This body had reached its absolute limit, Imu's energy was almost completely drained, and dodging was meaningless now.
As Imu's soul slipped free from Naronar Crimi's palace body, the bisected corpse plummeted from the sky and slammed into the ground, life utterly extinguished.

Marco studied the four remaining tasks. Blackbeard was still in the first half of the Grand Line, and for now, Marco had no interest in going after him.
As for overthrowing the World Government and killing Imu, there was no need to hurry.
With his current strength, if he really faced Imu head‑on, he would almost certainly lose. Imu's power had to be above the Strong King level.
