When everyone left, Hashirama knelt alone before the Buddha statue, speaking quietly of his ideals and sorrow.
He placed the scroll onto the lotus throne.
The moment it touched—
The massive roots moved.
At the same instant, the scene shifted into Hashirama's inner world.
"It's Asura!"
Kurama's pupils shrank.
Standing on the surface of water, Hashirama's reflection was no longer himself—but Asura Ōtsutsuki, clad in divine robes.
Confused, Hashirama reached out.

"You won't," Naruto said softly, patting her shoulder.
Later, Kushina left for Barrier Zone No. 2.
She told Naruto that Minato had sworn not to leave Pillar God Mountain until Naruto finished what he intended to do.
Naruto said nothing.
He released Chōmei.
"Finally free!"
Chōmei roared and flapped his wings—only to get half his body stuck in the sky barrier.
Naruto quickly released the seal.
Chōmei glanced at Shukaku and Saiken, then landed in a corner, burying his head beneath his wings.
Resurrection and Message
Orochimaru's eyes flickered.
Even with his soul restored, he still couldn't control himself.
Naruto looked at Fū, lying on the ground.
"Continue your work."
Orochimaru dropped to his knees involuntarily and began performing Living Reincarnation.
"Why can't I control my will?!"
Minutes later, Fū opened her eyes.
"I'm really back! Eh? My wings won't come out!"
Chōmei instantly rushed over.
"Fū! Did you meet the old grandpa I told you about?"

In the Mirror World, Naruto and the tailed beasts watched as Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki spoke calmly with Fū.
Then Hamura Ōtsutsuki appeared, touching her forehead.
A pillar of light carried her skyward.
The vision ended.
Hagoromo's response reassured the tailed beasts:
They were free to act as they wished.
He would not interfere with the living world's fate.
Naruto didn't fully believe it.
If Hagoromo truly never interfered—
Why grant power to Naruto and Sasuke in canon?
Why never appear to Hashirama or Madara?
Why show no fear at Kaguya's revival?
Naruto looked at Kurama.
