[Normal Attack]
Not an ordinary attack module at all.
Rios's normal attacks will be divided into four types depending on the situation.
Normal Attack: Rios will swing the bow in his hand, dealing physical damage and Pyro damage to the surroundings.
Charged Attack Level 1: Rios will perform aimed shooting. During aiming, seven flames of different colors will condense, dealing seven instances of Pyro damage to enemies.
This is specifically designed to counter shield-based enemies; just one charged attack provides seven hits. Once entering the Nightsoul's Blessing state later, the effect on shield-based enemies will be several times stronger than before.
Charged Attack Level 2: Rios will simultaneously aim at all surrounding enemies. During aiming, the seven flames will transform into golden flames. Upon release, it deals one instance of Pyro damage to all aimed enemies. Each attack allows each enemy to be aimed at a maximum of once.
The so-called "surrounding" probably covers the area where players stand while clearing the Abyss, and even if a monster accidentally flies out, it can still be hit.
Rios has demonstrated this full-aiming function multiple times in the story, so incorporating it into Charged Attack Level 2 is perfectly normal.
If Genshin ever introduces a heavy hit support in the future, his Charged Attack Level 2 might just take off.
Charged Attack Level 3: The golden flames during Rios's aiming become even more radiant, and upon release, they deal massive Pyro damage to enemies.
When facing the giant eye in the sky, Rios used this move, which required him to charge for several seconds, with power comparable to Mavuika unleashing the full might of her Gnosis.
The normal attack module is all about Rios designing himself as a main DPS. For the upcoming designs, he couldn't just keep thinking only about himself.
[Elemental Skill]
Upon tapping, Rios will continuously apply [Mark] to all surrounding enemies; each enemy can have at most one [Mark], and when new enemies appear, they will also receive a [Mark].
Enemies holding [Mark], when receiving Nightsoul-infused damage, will have that damage converted to [Super-Nightsoul] damage, increasing it to 1.x times the original.
At the same time, Rios will enter the Nightsoul's Blessing state.
When Rios is on-field, all his charged attacks will have reduced charging time, and the released attacks will become Nightsoul-infused damage.
Upon holding, Rios will similarly apply [Mark] to enemies.
However, at this time, the [Mark] on enemies will convert to [Imprint], which deals Nightsoul-infused Pyro damage to them at intervals; this attack counts as Elemental Skill damage and can trigger even when Rios is off-field.
When Nightsoul points are depleted, Rios's Nightsoul's Blessing state ends, and the [Mark] and [Imprint] on enemies are removed.
For a nation's "god," how could there be no off-field application ability.
With this design, Rios allows new players who pull him to use him as an on-field main DPS.
He can also serve as an off-field role, aiding other on-field teammates in dealing high damage.
For example, this [Super-Nightsoul] would make so many Natlan characters take off on the spot.
Even Mualani, who currently has four-star stats, would surpass many five-star support characters in output when paired with [Super-Nightsoul].
[Elemental Burst]
Rios's Elemental Burst does not rely on elemental energy but on [Fighting Spirit].
In combat state, Nightsoul points consumed by team characters will be converted to Rios's [Fighting Spirit] at double the rate.
Upon releasing the Elemental Burst, Rios chants the Ode of Resurrection, continuously restoring HP to all characters in the team based on his own ATK, sustaining over time.
When there is a downed character in the team, Rios will revive that teammate and restore their HP to xx% of Rios's ATK.
At the same time, Rios will enter the Nightsoul's Blessing state and restore Nightsoul points to maximum.
Moreover, when team characters trigger Pyro-related reactions, they will receive different buffs.
Upon triggering Crystallize with Pyro, the Pyro Crystallize will convert to Lava Crystallize, additionally increasing the explosion damage based on Rios's ATK.
Upon triggering Vaporize or Melt reactions, the multiplier coefficients for Vaporize and Melt reactions are increased; at Elemental Burst level 1, increased by 5%, up to 15% at level 10, and so on.
Upon triggering Burning or Overloaded reactions, based on Rios's ATK, the damage from Burning and Overloaded reactions is increased.
Upon triggering Pyro Swirl reaction, similarly, damage is increased based on Rios's ATK.
Each reaction's damage increase varies, and the exact amounts would require the number crunchers to put in some brainpower and shed some hair.
[Talent 1]
When team characters trigger Nightsoul Burst, increase the ATK of all nearby team characters by xx% of Rios's ATK, up to a maximum of 1500.
A perfectly ordinary ATK increase.
It's just a tiny bit more than what the previous six-star Pyro support Bennett provides.
Of course, many characters at max level, plus weapons and artifacts, might not even match the ATK buff provided by Rios.
Especially for characters like Xiangling who particularly need ATK buffs from teammates—after getting Rios's high ATK boost, she'd soar.
It's just a pity that Mualani is still on a HP scaling model, so she won't benefit from this buff.
[Talent 2]
When enemies hold [Imprint] or [Mark], reduce enemy DEF by xx% of Rios's current Nightsoul points, up to a maximum reduction of 20%.
Rios is done pretending.
He's going straight for the six-star god card.
At C0, he provides massive ATK buffs to teammates, healing, damage amps, and even DEF shred on enemies.
Who else can do all that? Revenue would explode, okay?
[Please design signature weapon for host]
"No need." Rios said, "I'm the commoner war god; I don't need a signature weapon."
In the signature weapon field, Rios wrote a passage.
[Rios's strength is immense and requires no weapon to complement it; after implementation, he cannot obtain a weapon and will form a bow and arrow from Pyro elemental force during attacks.]
After a moment of silence, the system approved Rios's idea.
When the 5.2 gacha opens, during Rios's featured banner, there won't be a weapon banner—just him selling cards solo in the pool.
"Next up are the constellations."
Rios pondered for a bit and realized that his C0 design was truly a bit too strong, leaving little room for constellations.
But no problem—if he couldn't think of mechanics, he could just straight-up add numbers.
[Constellation 1]
[Upon releasing Elemental Burst, based on Rios's "Fighting Spirit," increase damage dealt by all team characters in Nightsoul's Blessing state, up to 30%.]
