It's been a day...a whole day nd I still see him every time I close my eyes, every single time.
I see the way his body dropped, the way his eyes just… stayed open and empty. Like he was looking at me but not really seeing me anymore. I squeeze my eyes shut for a second, trying to push it away, it doesn't work it never works.
My body feels heavy, not just tired it's heavy in a way I can't explain. Like I'm stuck somewhere deep inside myself and everything outside is just… distant.
My arms ache, my legs are numb and my wrists feel raw from the ropes.
