As Luffy's figure gradually disappeared, the fierce battle officially began.
Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji fell straight from mid-air, and by an unfortunate coincidence, they landed right in front of Fujitora.
Fujitora, upon witnessing this, noticed the civilians who were about to encircle Luffy and his companions.
With a deep and powerful voice, he issued a crucial order to the Marine: "Fully block those manipulated civilians! They must not be allowed to approach Law and the Straw Hat Pirate Crew's alliance!"
No sooner had he spoken than the three of them crashed like meteors before him.
Fujitora, unhurried, moved his body and steadily blocked their path.
Luffy tilted his head slightly, his eyes filled with surprise, staring blankly at the blind man before him, and blurted out: "Gambling old man!"
Then, Luffy's expression suddenly darkened, and he shifted Law to his other shoulder, holding him steadily.
"I'm going to defeat Doffy! Get out of my way!" Luffy's voice was firm, resounding like a great bell.
Fujitora's lips curved slightly, revealing a meaningful smile, but he showed no intention of moving.
"Your momentum is indeed aggressive, but..." Before Fujitora could finish, he tightly gripped the sword in his hand, a gesture that seemed to declare an unshakeable resolve.
"This old man will absolutely not move."
"Do you want to fight?" Luffy's tone instantly became calm, but beneath that calm, a surging storm seemed to lurk.
"What a fated encounter..."
Fujitora sighed, then silently drew his sword.
Seeing Fujitora ready, Luffy no longer hesitated, swung his arm, and directly threw Law to the ground.
The unprepared Law fell to the ground with a "thud," and Trafalgar Law let out a cry of pain from the sudden throw.
Almost at the same instant, Luffy's hands were instantly covered in dark Armament Haki, and he flashed in front of Fujitora.
Immediately after, a powerful punch landed squarely on the half-drawn sword on Fujitora's chest.
With a dull "thud," like a sudden clap of thunder, air currents spread from the point where the fist and sword collided.
"Don't get in my way!" Luffy's gaze was like a torch, fixed on Fujitora, his voice deep and carrying an unquestionable authority.
Just then, a strong sense of danger prickled Luffy's back. He reacted extremely quickly, stomping hard on the ground, and like a black lightning bolt, he leaped back a great step.
Almost simultaneously, with a loud "boom," an indescribably powerful force appeared out of thin air. Where Luffy had just stood, a horrifying circular pit instantly appeared.
The edges of the pit were jagged, and gravel flew, as if a giant cannonball had crashed down from the sky.
Luffy's muscles tensed, and he watched Fujitora with vigilant eyes, not daring to relax in the slightest.
Zoro, standing nearby, also looked at Fujitora with a displeased expression.
"You again, with that strange move!" Before he finished speaking, Zoro, gripping Shusui and Wado Ichimonji, charged at Fujitora.
The sword light flashed, like two cold gleams, heading straight for Fujitora.
"Clang!" The blades collided fiercely, sparks flew, and the clang of metal echoed all around.
A powerful impact radiated outwards from the point of collision.
After one round, Luffy and Zoro quickly retreated a few steps, once again confronting Fujitora.
The three stood in a triangular formation, the atmosphere tense, as if a more intense battle would erupt the next second.
The tense atmosphere enveloped them like a tangible entity, and the air seemed to ignite.
Fujitora, however, seemed detached, standing silently with an expressionless face.
He slowly raised his head, his hollow eyes unfocused, yet seemingly able to see through everything, and spoke directly to Luffy.
"Straw Hat, this old man is full of doubts. What exactly are you up to? Let's not even mention your alliance with the Heart Pirate Crew."
Fujitora paused slightly, then changed the subject.
"Recent intelligence indicates that there seems to be an unspeakably close relationship between your first mate Orochimaru and Doflamingo.
Normally, even if you and Doflamingo weren't like brothers, you shouldn't be at odds like this."
As Fujitora spoke, he swung his sword, the blade cutting through the air with a "hissing" sound.
He propped the long sword in front of him, gripping the hilt with both hands, and an invisible pressure washed over them.
"What exactly are you plotting? Or rather, what is that Orochimaru fellow really up to?"
Fujitora's voice was deep and cold.
"As far as this old man knows, Orochimaru was secretly manipulating events behind the Marineford War. That fellow is extremely dangerous.
If the World Government hadn't deliberately suppressed his bounty to stabilize the situation, his name would probably have already shocked the world."
Fujitora straightened up, as if in thought, and gently tapped the ground with his long sword. With a "boom," a crack instantly appeared in the ground.
"This old man doesn't believe he has no ulterior motives. Where is he hiding now?
Is he secretly brewing some conspiracy!"
Fujitora frowned deeply, his aura surging, pressing down on Luffy and the others like a raging tide.
"Confess truthfully, and perhaps this old man can show mercy!"
Across from Fujitora, Luffy casually picked his nose, tilting his head with a puzzled expression, as if he had heard something utterly incomprehensible.
Then, he quickly turned to Zoro, his face full of confusion.
ˎ₍ •ʚ• ₎ˏ. "What's he saying?"
Zoro squinted his single eye, turning his head with a helpless expression.
‾᷅д̈‾. He said grumpily,
"He's asking what Orochimaru is doing."
"Soga!"
Luffy suddenly understood, clenched his right fist, and gently tapped his left palm with a "thump." A look of comprehension instantly appeared on his face.
"So the blind old man is looking for Orochimaru."
After speaking, he even nodded to himself (´▽`).
"Oh, so you weren't coming for us, old man! You should have said so sooner!" Luffy waved his hand dismissively, saying carelessly,
"Orochimaru is sleeping at Doffy's place right now; he probably won't wake up for a while.
How about this, you let me go punch Doffy first, and he'll probably wake up around then."
As Luffy spoke, he picked up Law from the ground and put him back on his shoulder. Law had no temper left now; what could he do when he was dependent on others? He was grateful that the Straw Hat Captain still thought of him.
ƪ(•̃͡ε•̃͡)∫ʃ "Then we're leaving, okay?"
While saying this, Luffy didn't forget to tuck Zoro under his arm, then dragged the two past Fujitora, not forgetting to say goodbye.
"ヾ( ̄▽ ̄) Bye~Bye~ Old man, I'll treat you to noodles after I finish with Doffy."
Fujitora was still lost in thought, pondering the deeper meaning of Luffy's words, completely unaware.
Luffy, gripping Zoro and carrying Law on his shoulder, vanished in a "whoosh" the moment he passed Fujitora.
At this moment, Fujitora still maintained his confrontational posture, as if time had frozen.
A bleak wind whistled past, making everyone's clothes flutter.
The group of Marines nearby were dumbfounded, exchanging glances, their faces full of disbelief.
They had watched Fujitora, ready to attack with full force, prepare himself, yet that Straw Hat boy had just casually, cheerfully walked past the Admiral
And then ran off... This scene was simply too bizarre, leaving them momentarily unable to recover, with only one thought in their minds: What just happened?
