Chapter 187 - Chapter 169 The Gathering at Sabaody Archipelago

The morning light gently fell upon their bodies. Orochimaru's eyelids fluttered, then slowly opened.

His gaze was cold, devoid of any emotional fluctuation. He then abruptly extended a leg, directly kicking Doflamingo, who was still sound asleep, off the bed.

Orochimaru rose and stood before the mirror by the bed, his slender fingers lightly touching the ambiguous red mark on his neck.

He frowned slightly. How was he going to cover this up? He really shouldn't have indulged him yesterday.

Doflamingo climbed up from the floor, looking completely unconcerned, after all, he had been a bit excessive yesterday.

Orochimaru looked at him, a hint of disdain in his tone.

"Are you a dog? Do you even remember that you're a flamingo?"

Doflamingo stood up, tidied his slightly messy hair, and a wild smile played on his lips.

"Didn't you enjoy last night's passion too? It's the last day, and who knows when we'll see each other again... Besides, didn't you agree?"

Orochimaru looked helpless, pointing a finger at the conspicuous red mark on the side of his neck.

"I'm talking about this. How am I supposed to explain such a prominent mark to Luffy and the others? Should I say I was bitten by a dog? Or pecked by a bird?"

Doflamingo calmly walked to the wardrobe, selected a set of clothes, and took them out.

"Don't worry... I've already made arrangements. How do you like this outfit...?" His tone carried a hint of subtle anticipation and confidence.

Orochimaru's gaze fell on the clothes: a white shirt paired with black pants, simple and elegant. He nodded slightly.

"Hmm, it's alright... At least it fits normal aesthetics, no fashion blunders... But..."

He changed the subject, his eyes showing a hint of resistance.

"Doffy... don't you need to explain what's going on with that thick white feather coat outside?"

Doflamingo chuckled softly, then directly draped the white feather coat over Orochimaru's shoulders, his hands resting on his shoulders. He leaned in slightly and whispered into his ear:

"White, it suits you so well... And it just happens to perfectly cover that little 'trouble' on the side of your neck. Isn't that killing two birds with one stone?"

His eyes gleamed with a hint of cunning and an undeniable will.

"The most important thing is... this cape makes you look taller.

I think you should occasionally try a different style of clothing..."

"Alright..." Orochimaru's lips curved upward reluctantly. This was Doffy's kind gesture, and definitely not because it made him look taller.

Doflamingo couldn't help but laugh out loud, then coughed.

He very seriously helped Orochimaru put on his clothes.

After two years of interaction with Orochimaru, while Orochimaru remained largely unfathomable, Doflamingo was well aware of his subtle little quirks and traits.

These small details combined to make this cold person come alive, which was quite adorable.

On the deck, Doflamingo's gaze was fixed on Orochimaru, his voice soft and full of indulgence.

"I can only see you off this far. You'll have to go the rest of the way alone.

You know, the Shichibukai are not allowed to enter Sabaody Archipelago without a summons.

While I don't care much, it wouldn't be good if that old woman Tsuru caught me.

That old woman is always watching me, trying to catch me doing something wrong."

With that, Doflamingo slowly crouched down until his eyes were level with Orochimaru's. A mischievous smile played on his lips as he playfully whispered, "Before we part, no farewell kiss?"

Orochimaru's lips curved slightly upward, revealing a faint smile. His slender fingers lightly touched Doflamingo's lips, with a hint of subtle intimacy and playfulness, slowly caressing them.

Then, he leaned in slightly and gently pressed his lips against Doflamingo's. After a brief contact, Orochimaru pulled back slightly, his eyes sparkling with amusement, and lightly teased, "You really are a clingy flamingo. Well, I'm leaving then."

Orochimaru chuckled, then quickly turned around, stomping hard on the ship's deck. Using the recoil, he instantly shot forward, disappearing in a flash. This movement technique was an improvement he made after referencing Doflamingo's moves.

After all, Chakra threads are also threads. If he were to fly with a feathered cape or float using Dust Release, it would look too silly.

This was a long-awaited public appearance, so he had to show off a bit.

On the other side of the coast, Hancock was intently observing Luffy's situation through a long-distance scope as he paddled a small boat. Only when she saw Luffy safely land did she breathe a sigh of relief.

Just as she slowly retracted her gaze, she unexpectedly witnessed Orochimaru and Doflamingo's farewell kiss.

Hancock's body trembled violently, and she involuntarily staggered back a step. The long-distance scope in her hand clattered to the ground.

Her eyes instantly became vacant and lifeless, her face filled with bewilderment.

"A man and a man... Isn't that person Luffy's favorite younger brother? Then... my Luffy..."

She murmured to herself, her voice trembling with a hint of helplessness. Her heart felt as if it had been struck hard, and she was plunged into extreme confusion and pain. Her rivals weren't just women... now there was a man too... In Sabaody Archipelago, Luffy mistakenly identified two members of the fake Straw Hat as Zoro and Sanji, and, in a daze, followed them to Grove 46.

Unexpectedly, they were surrounded by Marines in the blink of an eye. Luffy looked bewildered, staring at the Marines below and muttering, "What's going on? How did I get discovered?"

The fake straw hat "Boss" feigned composure, shouting to his subordinates,

"Hey! Caribou, use the Marine Soldier we just caught as a meat shield, let's carve out a path!"

High above Sabaody Archipelago, Orochimaru was rushing at high speed. Suddenly, a figure below, somewhat resembling Luffy, caught his eye, causing a flicker of doubt in his narrow eyes.

Orochimaru's figure abruptly changed direction without warning, stirring the air like surging waves. He plummeted downwards like a falling meteor, enveloped by fierce winds, crashing towards the ground below.

With a dull thud, Orochimaru precisely stomped on Caribou's head. The immense impact crushed Caribou under his foot, and dust instantly billowed.

As the dust slowly cleared, Orochimaru was seen with his hands in his pockets, standing tall. When he saw the so-called "Luffy" before him, his stern face twitched slightly, and he said in his magnetic yet somewhat disdainful voice, "You? Who are you?"

[This description is just to let Orochimaru show off. There are two pictures, I like both and can't choose ->]

The surrounding pirates, witnessing this sudden scene, couldn't help but swallow. Seeing the person in the dust, a group of people swayed with hearts in their eyes.

One of the Marine Soldiers stammered, "A beauty... but this beauty looks familiar."

Meanwhile, the surrounding Marines had already recognized Orochimaru and were about to call out.

Just then, Luffy's angry roar suddenly erupted from behind the fake Straw Hat group: "Orochimaru!!!!"

This shout instantly froze Orochimaru's figure, who was in the middle of showing off.

Orochimaru slowly looked up at Luffy, who was bundled up like a ball, a hint of panic on his face. He wasn't ready to meet Luffy alone yet.

"Uh... do you guys believe me if I say I landed in the wrong place...? That's it... I'm leaving..."

Orochimaru's words carried an obvious awkwardness. As soon as he finished speaking, he didn't hesitate, turned, and sprinted away, instantly covering several tens of feet.

Seeing this, Luffy was immediately enraged and furiously increased his speed to chase after him. He flashed past Sentomaru, who had just arrived.

The strong airflow ruffled Sentomaru's hair, causing him to freeze in a daze, standing bewildered, wondering who he was, where he was, and what he was doing here.

"Orochimaru, you stop right there!!" Luffy's angry roar echoed through the air.

"I won't! Can't you just calm down! It's been two years! You're still angry! That's unscientific!"

Orochimaru shouted back as he ran, his steps not slowing down in the slightest, but rather becoming more urgent. He needed a sunny to calm Luffy down.
