Chapter 321 - Chapter 322: Earth is Ours

"He loves you!!!"

Several Skrulls near the front row knelt down and shouted loudly.

Then came the second row, the third row...

Like falling dominoes, thousands of Skrulls knelt one after another on the cold metal floor and began to cry out in unison.

"He loves you!!!"

"He loves you!!!"

A deafening roar erupted from the entire venue; this was not a simple case of following a slogan, but a fanaticism from the depths of their hearts.

Even many high-level Skrull administrators and Gravik's confidants, seeing this situation, were "infected" by this frenzy and knelt down together to shout the slogan.

Gravik held the burning stone tablet, his palms feeling somewhat stiff.

"What is going on..." He was secretly shocked in his heart; this was definitely not the script he had arranged.

Could it be that this thing he treated as a broken stone actually possessed divine miracles?

He immediately dismissed this ridiculous thought in his mind.

Gravik quickly convinced himself.

"There must be some unknown ancient Skrull technology hidden within this stone tablet. It might be a brainwave resonance device, or some ancient relic capable of releasing mental interference frequencies."

"My father surely didn't know the mechanism to trigger it back then, and the highly unified mental resonance of thousands of people just now accidentally activated its internal energy circuits."

He went with the flow, raising the stone tablet high and responding to the fanatical roars below the stage.

The cohesion of the Skrulls returned to its peak at this moment.

...

Three days passed in a flash.

Some changes that occurred during these three days gave Gravik a sense of unreality.

Since that underground gathering, many of his high-level Commanders and elite Agents seemed to have suddenly had their potential unlocked.

They became exceptionally efficient in task handling and work productivity.

At this moment, Gravik's right-hand man and absolute adjutant, Pagon, walked in quickly, his face carrying an unmaskable "excitement."

"General! Good news! Heart-stirring good news!"

Gravik looked at him calmly: "Calm down, Pagon. What happened?"

"The infiltration plan has achieved a major breakthrough!" Pagon could hardly contain his excitement.

"Ghost Squad 007 sent back a confirmation signal. They have successfully breached the high-level interior of Vought Group and replaced several core managers!"

"What did you say?!"

Gravik could hardly believe his ears.

Vought Group, that was Homelander's base, the most heavily defended place in the World.

In the past few months, Gravik had sent elite Skrull Agents multiple times, trying to infiltrate Vought's inner circle.

But every time, those Agents disappeared inexplicably.

He had even once thought that Vought Group had some kind of specialized method to counter Skrull disguises.

And now, they had suddenly completed high-level infiltration like a hot knife through butter?

It was too smooth.

So smooth it was almost unreal.

"Are you sure the intelligence is accurate? No exposure?" Gravik's suspicion rose greatly.

"Absolutely accurate, General. Due to Homelander's disappearance, Vought has internal power struggles leading to management chaos; our Agents seized their security loopholes," Pagon guaranteed solemnly.

This sudden good luck made him instinctively feel a trace of vigilance.

But when he turned to look at the lead box containing the Oracle Tablet nearby...

An absurd thought uncontrollably bubbled up from his heart.

Could it be... that a Supreme God is truly protecting the Skrulls in the shadows?

"Impossible... that's just a lie I used to control them..." Gravik desperately denied it in his heart, refusing to believe in any Supreme God's protection.

"Closely monitor their movements and report at any time," Gravik ordered calmly; he needed more concrete information.

"Yes! General."

...

Another day passed.

Pagon came to report again, and this time, his expression was incredibly excited.

"Officer, the Agents lurking in Vought's core high-level risked exposure to send back an encrypted file."

Gravik snatched the data disk from Pagon's hand and handed it to a Skrull technician working nearby.

Soon, a report document was projected in the air.

[Top Secret: Code Name 'Rebirth'.]

[Deep space exploration target Homelander, vital signs monitoring signal has been interrupted...]

[Presumed dead...]

[Control external public opinion, strictly block news of death, uniformly set the tone as 'Lost in Deep Space'. Ensure Vought's global deterrence.]

[Continue releasing false signals to the outside World, creating the illusion that Homelander is about to return. We need time to cultivate a new replacement...]

[Authorize the use of the original Homelander genetic sample 'HL-01' stored in Vault Zero, Regeneration Cradle experiment approved.]

...

[He is dead, but Vought must live.]

After reading this file, Gravik could no longer maintain his inner calm.

Dead.

That monster who made him lose sleep was dead!

Vought is lying to the whole World! Their current confidence is entirely built on lies!

And more importantly, Vought really has Homelander's genetic samples!

Why has Vought always been vague? Why are they still frantically expanding funding for the deep space project?

Because they need to divert attention, they need time to develop a clone of Homelander!

Everything clicked.

The logic was seamless.

Having figured it all out, conceit and arrogance resurfaced on his face.

"Haha... Hahahaha—!"

He shed his human skin and laughed wildly.

The nightmares that had been constantly haunting him seemed to vanish into thin air at this moment.

Gravik then excitedly gave instructions to Pagon beside him.

"Notify the Ghost Squad. At all costs, bring back Homelander's genetic sample for me."

Pagon stood at attention and saluted, the fanaticism in his eyes perfectly displayed.

"Guaranteed to complete the mission, General! The Supreme God is with us!"

After speaking, he turned and left decisively.

Looking at the retreating back of his subordinate, Gravik silently clenched his fist, his eyes reflecting frantic ambition.

He firmly believed the operation would succeed because all of this was the guidance of the Supreme God.

Before this, he had only treated this stone as a political tool, a carrier for a lie.

But now, he believed the Supreme God was real...

"Earth is ours."

Gravik no longer had any misgivings or hesitations, only the madness of putting everything on the line.

"Notify all laboratories! Empty all culture tanks!"

"Once the genetic sample arrives, immediately begin the fusion experiment with the Super Skrulls!"

"God has already cleared the greatest obstacle for us."

"Now, it is time for us to pluck the fruits of victory!"

"He loves you!" Gravik whispered piously.
