"What the hell happened." Gabriel asked. Looking at Charles that was sleeping. As Charles was sprawled out on the floor.
"Well we had a minor misunderstanding." Freya said with an awkward smile.
"Okay." Gabriel said with a nod. Looking at the undamaged Charles. As he took the body of Charles.
"I will be on my way." Freya said with a simple body.
"No, you have to stay." Gabriel said with a kind smile. "There are enemies out there." He said with the kindest smile I have ever seen.
"Fine." Nikki said with a sigh. As Charles' body was set down.
"Who are you?" Abel asked Freya her glare was colder than ice. Gabriel was slowly leaving the room back to the wall.
"Freya, who are you?" Freya said, showing off her fangs. Her glare was like a blazing fire. Sparks seemed to fly between them. Gabriel looked uncomfortable.
"I am Abel." Abel said there glaring contest was akin to two vampires with a corpse of fairy between the two.
"You know him?" Freya asked with a glare. His words were splat like flames from a dragon. He held Charles' unconscious body closer.
"Yes he is one of my allies." Abel said with another glare.
"My glorious king!" Fulgur yelled, running to the side of Charles.
"Wow, five seconds of not glazing him is impossible." Abel said with a sigh. Rubbing her temples.
"He saved me." Fulgur said with a small frown. Holding his head low looking at Charles.
"What?" Freya said.
"It was a rainy day. Many people died that day. We lived in the slums. A Vampire tracking my bleeding father. Then he feast on his blood. Nothing could stop him. "He said he was tracking the scent of a Dragonic." As Fulgur spoke his body was trembling.
"I am so sorry for your loss." Ban said with his eyes rolling.
"Shut up Ban!" Abel and Nikki yelled, shaking their fist.
"What the hell did you do?" Flambebe asked entering the room.
"What do you think?" Ban asked sarcastically. Abel and Nikki sent another glare.
"Let me guess he said something dumb." Flambebe said with a long sigh. Rubbing his temples.
"Yep." Abel said with her face flush with rage. Nikki looked like she was about to murder him. As all of them took deep breaths.
"Back to the story." Nikki said, waving her hand at Fulgur.
"As I said he was tracking the scent of something Dragonic. He was a Baron my mom had thrown herself in between me and my brother and the vampire." Fulgur said with a sad tone. Looking at Charles' face.
"Then what happened?" Flambebe said with him starting to take a comfortable seat. Him sitting on with his legs crossed.
"Lightning struck the vampire; he was burnt to a crisp. But it only slowed him for a few seconds as blood covered his body and he was fully healed. My brother tripped, breaking his ankle. I left him there to this day. I still have nightmares about that face." Fulgur said with tears once again streaming down his face.
"What happened next?" Abel asked. Not realizing that Vampire attacks in the slums and in Dark Districts are quite common.
"I heard screams then they went quiet. Then the sound of a tree being slammed into beside me. It was Charles. The Baron had burn marks on him. They grabbed each other and Charles power burned the Vampire slowly and then its head seemed to flush with blood then exploded." Fulgur said his voice was respectful looking over Charles. I remember that was the first time the Vampires learnt that killing Charles was a no go. The poor fool was part of Nile bloodline.
"What happened? I have never seen a Vampire die of their own power." Abel said with shock in her voice.
"It is rare but when a Vampire farther up the bloodline chooses that the Vampire has no uses they can force a detonation." I told the group and they were all in shock.
"I did not know that." It was the voice of Neko. She was in pure shock. Her eyes are wider than dinner plates.
"As I said, it is very rare." I said hammering that point home.
"Yeah, still terrifying." Flambebe said with a sigh. Looking at Neko.
"Yeah you're right." Fulgur said. As his eyes still looked at Charles. Each of our bloodlines gives the ability. Mine is an illusion, Nile can turn blood into more Chaos Energy and Sebastian is a higher blood control.
"What are you guys talking about?" Gabriel entered the room while looking around. As two figures entered.
"Is big bro okay?" Leo asked, looking at the sleeping Gabriel.
"So who is going to eat?" Virgo asked, jabbing the thumb to the exit of the cave. As all of them minus Fulgur looked at the body of Charles. He made no attempt to move.
"Are you coming?" Leo asked looking at Fulgur. He shrugged.
"No I was not near him I was too weak." Fulgur said depressed.
"Everyone is weaker than those how there loyal to. Strongest is a lonely place Hellsing stood at the top of this world he could only look down never up." I said thinking about my first master. Hellsing only had a few how rivalled his strength but all them never save him form his loneliness I hope Charles does not turn out like him. Hellsing was bored with this world. He loved to see how humans growed.
"That quite insightful." Leo said competely god smacked.
"I agree with that." Fulgur said nodding. Both of them could not hide there shock.
"Leave it bro to have the most insightful ally." Leo said with him shaking his head as he leaves the cave to go and eat.
"I will stay here." Fulgur said as if it was a fact. Still looking at Charles. "What you showed me when you beat Leo was what made me believe that your power is unrivalled and no one could defeat you. I thought that if I was near you I could be strong." Fulgur said with a downtrodden look on his face.
