Chapter 593 - Beş Yüz Doksan Üç

Suzi was practically not stepping on the ground; she was advancing by stroking the floor with the tips of her toes, and reaching the one-armed Alyon would only take seconds.

"Move away from me, attack the enemy!"

The Orc Chief gave his order, his warriors who were a shield in front of him dispersed without hesitation. Even if the gap formed surprised Suzi, she couldn't miss this opportunity. She drew her bow, released her arrows one after another, and a breath later entered close combat mode with the knives appearing in her two hands.

"What mediocre archery, but don't blame yourself! When one sees the best, everyone else falls into this state in my eyes!"

Her enemy didn't seem to care about what she said; she moved towards Alyon's blind spot, and her target was his neck. She was preferring one of the best ways to hunt an opponent missing an eye, but the one opposite her wasn't just a blind bastard.

"Orc's Wrath!"

Suzi stopped a few steps away; her mind wanted to go forward, but her body responded to this by trembling. The body remembered, it knew that feeling of fear coming from its ancestors; it remembered the wrath of a predator superior to itself, the orc that once ruled them.

She came to her senses just as the war hammer was about to smash her head; if she had been a slave to her genetic heritage a little more, she would be taking her place next to her ancestors right now. Still, it was seen that her speed dropped dramatically; her delicate wrists were closer to the ground now.

"Not bad, but not enough to kill me either. Come on little human, accompany me while I try out my new powers!"

When Alyon, raising the War Hammer over his head, struck the ground with all his might, a deep crack formed passing right between Suzi's two legs, and the female general could barely change her position a breath before crimson energy burst forth.

Alyon, with crimson tattoos appearing on his body, was starting to warm up. The war hammer was melting in his hands, reshaping at the same time. The weapon within the earth had taken on a completely different form in seconds, and this new appearance of it was enough to leave even Abarran in amazement.

There was a joint on its handle, and the second part of the weapon's six hand-spans long grip was tilted slightly to the left. It was getting its black color from Alyon's energy, the newly appearing thorns on the hammer part were dark crimson. The pointed part of the weapon's head slowly opened, looking at Suzi like the mouth of a creature spewing crimson flames.

"What kind of a creature are you?"

After the female general registered her bewilderment with her question, she opened the distance between them and started fighting with her bow again. Her choice wasn't weird; anyone seeing Alyon in this state would do the same, but unlike her, her enemy preferred to lunge forward.

"Don't run, come here!"

When he spread his black energy, some of the mercenaries located within a diameter of a hundred steps fell to their knees. This wasn't going to be a good choice while there were mutant orcs around them, and it wouldn't take them long to realize this.

While they weakened, Alyon's Warriors grew stronger; it was a matter of time before they reached the last line of defense in front of the energy barrier the scientists hid behind. Meanwhile, Whun, completely unaware of the state of his army suffering heavy casualties, was struggling with all his might to cope with the never-ending metal spheres.

Even if he reached the rank of general after the casualties five years ago, his life had passed on the battlefield; he was adept at finding the enemy's weakness and attacking from there, but he remained helpless against the young man with two black metal arms.

He possessed equipment storing Earth and Fire Elements, he could only use these two, but his opponent attacked with a different element or chemical liquids whose effects he hadn't seen before in every sphere.

Actually, using two elements at the same time was a great success for a mercenary; he always gained an advantage against opposing soldiers, but today was the day he would understand what the others felt. As Michelangelo came up with a solution to reverse the situation whenever the enemy gained the upper hand, the struggle dragged into a deadlock.

"Let's see how much longer you will run, Leonardo? At your first mistake, I will split you in two!"

Whun thought the one opposite him was Master Leonardo. Actually, even if he knew the person he guessed was someone past middle age, when it came to the people of the Empire of Machines, he could think of all kinds of possibilities.

Michelangelo didn't speak; right after detonating a sphere containing the Water Element, he threw the Wind Sphere that kicked up a small-scale storm behind him. The water particles, along with the violent wind, not only quelled the heat of Whun's fire-covered spear, but they also opened cuts on the exposed parts of his body.

Michelangelo with black arms, seeing the pieces of earth rising from his two sides, took two more spheres out of his satchel. He had no time to dodge the attack wanting to squeeze him in between; Whun had managed to counterattack while taking damage.

The moment the spheres touched the ground, the distance of the earth pieces to Leonardo was a little more than two hand-spans; had the moment of making a mistake Whun mentioned arrived? While questions flew in the air, the wrist-thick roots shooting out of the ground grew within two seconds and formed a cage enclosing Leonardo inside.

Even if it was impossible for the spear-wielding general to know, his opponent was a druid. The moment the spheres containing the seeds he specially created inside opened, the plants touching the soil grew. Leonardo, surviving the attack, didn't wait to counterattack; the white net shooting out of the sphere opening above Whun caught the general possessing an imposing figure red-handed.

"How long do you think this can hold me? My flames are more than enough to turn this simple trap to ash!"

The orange flames overflowing from his armor swallowed the white nets and flared. Whun seemed right in what he said, the white net began to melt, but it didn't turn to ash as he said. While in a solid state, it took a liquid fluid form, stuck onto the general's armor, and fixed him in place.

"What I needed was exactly your flames. Now, enjoy the surprise I prepared for you!"

When his metal armor began to melt, Whun understood there was a problem, but it was too late; the sticky liquid was enough to prevent him from moving. Then he saw the eight-legged things coming from all sides; the mechanical devices, whose name he didn't know was Robot, had surrounded him.

When they came to a certain distance, they stopped, lined up in a circle, and began to form a field with the energy arcs appearing among them. Before ten seconds passed, Whun was trapped inside an energy field with a diameter of three steps and couldn't do anything due to the equipment he was trying to take off him.

"Sir, the two generals couldn't finish their jobs quickly and they don't look like they will either. What do you order us to do!"

Hubertus Strughold cast a glance at the battles ongoing on the two fronts; there wasn't the slightest fluctuation in his deep blue eyes.

"There must have been a mishap during White Well's experiments; these are his Neo-Orc army, but apparently he acted stupidly while choosing a leader. Prepare to fire the Ember Blaze, we are cleaning all the filth and going back!"

The master was also like his apprentice; they had no qualms about sending the others to their deaths by taking themselves behind the energy shield. The Mercenaries were unaware of anything while in the heat of battle, but the roofs of the pitch-black offensive mechanical vehicles were opening.

"So you know the bastard who conducted the orc experiments. When I am done with the ones next to you, we will have a long talk with you!"

When Hubertus Strughold turned to the direction the voice came from, the shadow of fear appeared in his eyes for the first time after all that time; the blondest man among the scientists began to shout.

"Kill, kill that orc immediately!"
